Ken Ippolito

Over the course of his career, property management professional Ken Ippolito has remained focused on improving the lives of his renters and his employees. He owns the top renovation and closing firm in Canton, Ohio, and takes considerable pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained buildings. As a result, each of his new properties is quickly filled and enjoys a waiting list for available units. Ken Ippolito's current properties are Rachel Woods Apartments, Legends Pointe Apartments, Belken Village Apartments, and Ridgewood Castle Apartments.
Beyond refurbishing residences for renters, Ken Ippolito believes in giving back to others. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, he provided 15 displaced citizens with newly constructed town homes and did not charge any rent for a whole year. In other charitable endeavors, Ippolito hired nine individuals who previously lacked a permanent home, giving them training and new apartments, as well. In addition, Ippolito regularly offers employees the chance to advance themselves professionally: he trained a member of his cleaning crew to become property manager for more than 100 units, and he facilitated a groundskeeper's transition into the corporate sector.
